In this video, Daniel Brusilovsky from Apple Universe interviews me.
First off, let me say that this was very exciting for me and that we have decided that I will be a guest on Daniel's show more frequently.
We have both heard about the new mac generation releases this coming February, and we decide to discuss them. The new mac line, is supposed to be 50% thinner and lighter. They are supposed to be aluminum, which is going to be great. The mac mini (maybe nano) may not include a cd drive but may have an external drive sold by apple. I'm actually going to be buying a new mac mini (nano) soon hopefully.
The new iSight cameras are also supposed to be improved by not having to move out of the camera to do a backdrop, which will be a good feature for those of you who like to use the effects on the iSight.
He asks me my dream setup. I tell him that I would have all macs, a mac pro, 2 30" monitors, mac mini (nano) for ustream, and a macbook or macbook pro for portability. Daniel's dream setup is a mac pro with 16 gb RAM, 3 terabyte hard drive, 8-core 3 ghz processor, 3 30" screens, a macbook pro 15" and 17" for portability and iMac for streaming. But, for me, I would have a Mac Mini for streaming, instead of an iMac. Mac minis are great in my opinion because you don't have to have a monitor, you can VNC into it, do what you need, and just exit out.
